The Five Spirits Retreat - Early Bird

Welcome to this 3-day Qi Gong Retreat with Chris McAlister in Val-David, from September 16 to 18, 2025.

We will explore the Five spirit with the help of a wonderful set of resources, including Qi Gong, acupoints, a yoga sequence and Chinese calligraphy.

  • The teachings will be given in English. However, feel free to ask questions and give comments in either English or French.
  • The price early bird of $689 (777$ regular) includes breakfast, lunches and accommodations.
  • Rooms are in double or quadruple occupancy.
  • You can bring your food for the dinners or enjoy the nearby restaurants of Val-David.
  • An option to arrive on the 15th to sleep one more night is offered on this page for an additional fee of $50 CAD.
  • The number of participants is limited to 23 people to ensure an intimate and enriching experience for all.
